While going through the moths over breakfast at another session at R&R's in Colwyn Bay this morning found a first for me in northern spinach, albeit a bit worn. Also first feathered ranuncolous for the year.
Beginning to think you could be right on that Ben, it's another one I've never caught but although its worn there does seem to be a whitish line outline of an orangey blotch on outer edge of wing which I think makes it a chevron. Good call.
Are you sure that this is not a Chevron?
